Totally useless and unprofessional

You can post your job ad and send messages to helpers but cannot read ANY reply from them UNLESS you become a premium member paying 290 dkk monthly. It's basically a scam in my opinion because you don't get to learn it before you put some effort in your job ad and your profile etc. I bought it anyway because I was desperately looking for helpers but no wonder I didn't hear back from anyone. Who would pay almost 300 dkk a month for a job that you might or might not get?
After wasting a month or two I canceled the membership and of course they charged me the next month too. I got a refund and I hope that it was an honest mistake.

Please note, that in order to provide a safer platform, care seekers are required to purchase a membership so they can get in contact with care providers and go ahead with the hiring process. Before you decide to pay, we give the option to post a job and evaluate how many replies you get to it and have a sense on how our website works. If you get a significant amount of replies, you can go further a purchase a membership to continue with the hiring process.
