We're sorry for any confusion! The pages are only printed on the right side of the spread and are single sided. We do this to allow the user to select an even or odd number of pages without needing to add blank pages.
We do not print on the left side of the spread. Also, our books are printed on a 70 weight, matte finish, bright-white paper.

However, we take every measure and work very closely with our printing partners to ensure that our customers receive their perfect LoveBook, so when we hear of these kinds of errors we take them very seriously.
