They have block my account over 3 months , Also they hold all the fund for the business account, No one answer , there is no email address to send , they block the chat option on me ,
they are total unreliable.
Your company hold the fund since 9 December , how long this investigation might take ? 1 months , 2 moths or 6 months , what is the time frame. I try several time to contact by chat no one answer. what you wrote below its a usual template text not solution to many businesses in United kingdom trying to use your service. we had NatWest account , following your advertisement online we switched to Revolut , was total mistake , it finished very expensive for my company .
