Absolutely fantastic customer service!
This is my first time using Fareboom and I will 100% be using them in the future. I had an issue with my credit card company that was really stressing me out and the customer service team at Fareboom really helped me update and change my credit card info. Also, there was an issue with my tickets through United and Fareboom took 100% care of it for me and called me back as soon as everything was completed. They really put me at ease and made me feel so much better. Thanks!
