Customer service is knowledgeable and helpful.
It would be nice if the arctis 7 wireless played well with the Sony PlayStation 4. When you turn off the headphones the sound should automatically go back to your surround sound system or television without having to unplug the transmitter each time. Sony headphones don't have that problem but of course they don't have near the sound quality of the arctis 7 either.
