The service is abysmal
The service is abysmal. I tried to renew my Senior Railcard online and the system claimed that it didn't know who I was. Tried to reset my password & nothing followed. Tried to ring and gave up after forty minutes when no one answered. Tried the online contact route and received a holding email saying that they would attempt to respond to queries within 20 working days. That's ridiculous and the executives overseeing this operation need to be given their matching orders.
