Awful service.
Placed an order for a novelty secret Santa gift on 9th December, by Monday 16th I had yet to receive any despatch email. I phoned the customer service line to be advised that it hadn't been despatched as yet but the advisor could see it was due to be sent out the next morning and refunded my delivery charge by way of an apology. Got to Thursday and still no email confirmation so I sent them a Facebook message to which I received the following response.
Dear, thank you for your message.
We wanted to give you an update on your order – unfortunately due to our warehouse being extremely busy, your parcel was delayed. We’re really sorry about this. Please know that we are working as hard as we can to get this out as soon as possible and are committed to ensuring that you receive your order before Father Christmas arrives.
For any orders which are not despatched by Friday, we shall automatically upgrade your delivery to DHL Express, which is a next working day service.
Right now, we cannot provide individual tracking numbers or estimated delivery dates for despatched orders, but if you provided your email or phone number at checkout you will receive an automated notification from the courier once your parcel is collected which will confirm your tracking number. Friday/Saturday arrived and still nothing. Finally just received an email confirming my order has been cancelled as my items are now out of stock and that I had been advised of this last week via email . Which is not the case. Now I'm left 3 days before Christmas trying to source alternatives. Shocking service. Will not be using Menkind again.
