Amazing Customer Service

Although we'd had issues with reception from Bigblu and needed to cancel, Joseph was extremely considerate and and patient with my awkward request. And persisted to liaise with his manager and colleagues until my issue was solved. All the while being very informative of the information I needed.
Very appreciative of his work.
