Amazing customer service, Denny Gilligan was the advisor assigned to me, he made me feel so comfortable, all I felt was shame when I first contacted them for help & he didn’t make me feel embarrassed about my situation at all. He explained the whole process to me from start to finish, answered my queries quickly & effectively, made me feel comfortable and at ease. His a credit to the company & I honestly do not feel that I would have had the courage to do this if not for all the support received by him. I am no longer having sleepless nights worried about the difficult situation that I was in and just feel relief that I am receiving help.
