We loved the 'Sundown segway' and we were looked after well, we definitely recommend it and would do it again. Our experience was at Dalby forest, which is a huge place. The only negative point we would make is as regards to finding Go Ape when it is dark, no doubt it is much easier in daylight. We followed directions using the post-code on the web-site. It took us to Dalby forest but nowhere near Go Ape and the directions eventually told us to continue our journey on foot, obviously this was wrong. I would suggest the post code is either deleted and replaced with clear directions or another postcode used which is correct, if there is one available. Also signs which are easily visible at night would be very useful to find Go Ape and for leaving the forest. We travel a lot and we are used to following directions using sat-nav we also know that postcodes don't always find your exact location, however it is usually quite close, this was not. This is meant as a constructive criticism and not a complaint. Thank you for the experience.
