I was getting an order i cancelled it…

I was getting an order i cancelled it due to shipping expense and they still charged my account
I sent screenshots of my bank account to prove the money was taken and they are insisting it wasnt .my bank said to go back to them but they are saying they didnt ..still waiting avoid this chemist theres other ones online ...
Im going further about this .....

Good Afternoon Audrey Dunne,

We are sorry to hear you are not happy with the service received. I can confirm that with card payments no funds are taken until the order is dispatched. When an order is placed the funds would then shows as pending with your bank. If cancelled your bank will move the funds back to your available balance, the time this takes varies with banks.
