Only use for a joint account for our mortgage but the online banking is an absolute ball ache to bloody get going so much security even you cant get on it. My halifax banking is so much better and streamline i can access it whenever and wherever its security is not crap but the perfect yet easiest and simplest to have. What the hell santander!!
