Thank you very much for your review. We always enjoy hearing from our customers and are always looking to better our service so really appreciate you letting us know about the aspects of your booking experience that you were unhappy with.

Throughout our booking process we offer optional extras that may be of interest to our clients and their journey. These extra's are never automatically included, customers have to specifically click a button to add them.

We provide numerous options throughout the booking process where customer's can review what they are purchasing and can go back and add/remove anything should they require.

If you have added something to your ticket that you do not require, please contact our Customer Service team and we will see if we can remove it for you as we would never wish for any of our clients to pay for something they don't want!

Despite this issue, we thank you for choosing Direct Ferries and we wish you a safe and pleasant journey for when you travel.
