The computer arrived on the expected date, the packaging was good! The computer had been charged for 20 hours & nothing was working at all. So so disappointing, it is to be returned but there has been no communication to say whether this will be exchanged for one that works, or whether my purchase money is to be returned, Nothing at all. Disappointed does not convey my feelings regarding this company !!
