We appreciate that weather cancellations are very frustrating, especially on what you would feel to be a suitable flying day.
Please rest assured that no flight would be cancelled unless it’s due to reasons of safety or legality. This is a judgement our pilots have to make by considering many factors, not only consulting weather reports.
There are no benefits for us to cancel a flight as costs are incurred and the pilot receives no payment. We don’t however pass these costs on to our customers and continue to extend vouchers free of charge (unlike other balloon ride providers).
A hot air balloon ride is a wonderful experience and will be well worth the wait.
