I hired a car from this company because…

I hired a car from this company because it appeared to be value for money. It wasn't, in fact the experience ruined my holiday.
Rude staff for starters, only one person serving a long cue of people and she really did not want to be there.
I paid my deposit but they told me my card had declined so I said that was impossible so we tried again and the same happened. When i checked my bank The money had been taken but they were adamant it hadn't. I could not hire a car because my credit was now nil and of course they refused to help
Don't be fooled by this company and do your homework
