Very slow

Very slow, ordered on the 31st of august, holiday in there, Labor day, understand that, was supposedly shipped on Sept 4th, whenever I tried to track it there was no information, when I called after having to listen to a recording, hit 1 for this 2 for that, etc. all I wanted to do was speak to customer rep to see if the items had indeed shipped, she wasn't the friendliest and said I should receive on the10th of Sept. Did not come on that day or the next, finally got item on the 12th of Sept. That's a long time to receive something ordered on the 31st. I would think twice about ordering from them again.

I understand how it can feel longer when the weekends are involved and are not counted as business days.
