Terrible experience. Don't use them

We had a terrible experience with Green Motion. They would not take our credit card unless we bought their insurance, which we refused to do. We walked away without a refund. In our 45 minutes waiting for a car we saw 3 people also walk away without cars. Not just terrible service, but also fradulant.
