DO NOT ORDER!

So, I've had my Sofa for 1 year, and its only been in use for 9 months, its developed bobbles and pull all over, not just where we sit (which is expected), but behind, and at the side of the sofa; where its obvious no body sits. Sofology are saying this isn't a fault and its "fair wear & tear".

I feel they had already come to this decision before even sending an engineers out, as they said it wouldn't be something they'd cover, which is incredibly hard for me to believe as a family member has had the exact same issue, with a different fabric sofa of there's, and they've sorted it straight away.

Please don't not buy from here, as the aftersales support is appalling!
