Gear best has now resolved that issue; although I had to write this review for they get back in touch with me so I think it is worth keeping a legacy of it below..
As such my rating goes from 1 to 3 stars as it still took 6 months approx to have it resolved.

Problem unsolved / Massive loss of time /Terrible communication!

I add an issue with an item.
I had to dispute the payment via Paypal as Gearbest didn't seem to be keen to solve the problem.
They then threatened me to no more contact as I had a Paypal dispute with them and forced me to close the Paypal dispute to discuss again which I did.
Then gearbest pretended to send some spare parts to solve the issue and send me a tracking number via a transporter link.. The link then disappeared and..... the transporter company too...
I contacted them again and they ask me to be patient; gearbest never justified why the tracking # and company disappeared...
Almost 2 months after, the spare parts have never arrived.
I am of course not expecting anything anymore.
Top that all up with a terrible communication always answering things you have never asked and never answering the questions you raise.

You may be lucky ordering with them BUT YOU MAY NOT, in which case, wecome to the gearbest nightmare! (I hope your time is not valuable)
