David has been exceptional tradesperson I came across in last about 10 years. I realised this from having first spoken with him over phone and explained the job. This was evident from best labour rate he offered when others were trying to make money. On to the top understanding priority as kitchen was down due to this, he came at the earliest same afternoon inspite he was occupied at work at London and not charged for priority, cool balanced person.
