Only with them because they're the cheapest if I don't claim. I have all my bills set as a standing order from my savings account to go to my main account on the day they're due, but as MCE was due on a Sunday, the bank didn't transfer it til the Monday, and MCE charged me £30 as a result. I rang up to explain this, and the customer service was no help whatsoever. Every other company would just wait until the Monday, or cancel the charge, as the mistake wasn't my fault. But not these.
I'll be keeping the policy going as there's only a couple of months left, but I won't be going back to them. They're a joke.
