I had an overall nice experience with Beautonomy: I was attracted by the adv on Facebook and thought to have a look at the website, then I decided to use it for a memorable gift.
The customisation is easy and extremely fun! There's plenty of choice for the palette and the pans. I wished there were more options for its 4-eyeshadow palette at low prices and I think if all the eyeshadows had a swatch, the palette composition would be easier.
I had a bug problem, a technical glitch but the team sorted it quickly, and in one afternoon everything was solved and ready to be shipped.
I'll be there soon again because the customer service cared about me!
