I went to Tapi to get all my flooring for my new build property and the guys in the Crawley branch were absolutely fabulous from start to finish. I paid an initial deposit for the flooring to hold the prices, and when I got my keys my first priority was the flooring as I was unable to move in without this. the team at Crawley arranged someone to come and measure up pretty much straight away & once id chosen my flooring they rang me to say when it would be delivered and arranged a fitting date for as soon as possible (they even moved some things around for me to fit it in sooner!).

The fitting was a smooth process with no problems - Initially my laminate was meant to go down on a Friday, and the carpet on the Monday - but when the fitter came on the Friday he offered to do the carpet the next day for me to speed things up.

The flooring has completely transformed my house and I keep getting lots of compliments about it! Big thanks to all the team at Crawley - lovely guys! Will definitely be using again :-)
