Love the quality of their items; you never have to worry about what you’re getting having “issues”, as well as a good variety of harder to find items; (and you won’t see “cookie cutter”, commonly seen items here either!). My order took a little extra time to be received, but it was a very popular style lumbar pillow that I couldn’t find anywhere but through this company, so I can only imagine it was a back- order issue. 🤗🥰
