This company is unreliable and tells untruths. For the second day in a row I was told my parcel from ASOS would be delivered today. I used the app to track its progress and could see the driver was less than a mile away . No one turned up and I assume the driver ran out of time or could not be bothered. I then received an email saying that they had tried to deliver my parcel but I was out. This is a total lie as we were in today and yesterday and no one tried to deliver. I completely understand that the driver might have run out of time (for the second day in a row!) but no one has tried to deliver. I will take up this matter with ASOS as it was supposed to be next day delivery .
