Repeated issues with logging in. I have a credit of approximately £100 on my account, but I just cannot access it since Zeek are completely ignoring my numerous messages requesting their assistance. I attempt to log on, click "log on with email", receive the automated email into my inbox, but that is where it stops. As a result I cannot access my monies to spend them on some vouchers. Zeek are totally ignoring my requests of assistance. It's my money and yet they are not allowing me access....It's been two days now since I first messaged them.
