My gripe isn't with Hughes as such but…
My gripe isn't with Hughes as such but their delivery couriers,arrow xl, who offer an appalling service. The date and time for delivery of my fridge freezer was set , time taken off work to receive it and basically one lie after another as to why it couldn't be delivered. Offered a new delivery date the following week! Stick with Currys, much quicker and much more reliable. Hughes....ditch the bad delivery service.

Thank you for your review, we are sorry to hear that your delivery did not happen on the scheduled date.
I have looked into the order and can see my colleague contacted ArrowXL who advised the driver had vehicle issues which prevented the delivery. We have asked for them to investigate why an earlier delivery date was not able to be offered.
