Appalling service. Pity we can't put zero stars. After cancelling a shift to take delivery of a fridge freezer(and defrosting mine as they wont take 'wet'goods) got a text at 7.15am to say due to a break down delivery would be delayed. Still I waited until 7.15pm when I received another text to ring them urgently only to find they close at 7pm...convenient! Phoned them at 7am the next day to be told the driver had run out of driving hours(not a break down then?)How does a driver run out of driving hours with a scheduled delivery? Went through Hughes for this purchase, check your delivery people before purchasing and steer clear of these. Complete joke.
