Sorry to hear that you feel this way Ken, we do try and pay cashback as close to the estimated payment dates as possible so I do apologise if you've experienced any delays. If you do have any declined transactions, the best thing to do is raise a declined cashback claim within 7 weeks to challenge this further with the retailer which you can do here: www.quidco.com/new-enquiry and we'll try and get this overturned for you.
