Two orders, both "silently" declined without any notification. Ordered two things and everything seemed fine. A few days later I decided to check the status of the order on my account and both orders appeared as "order declined". But I got absolutely no notification of that. What's more I paid via gift-card and now I have to wait for ages for the pending transaction to be cleared again so I can use the card again. Ridiculous!
