While the items are what I expected.
While the items are what I expected, the delivery times are far too long and sometimes items are not sent at all. Also when complaining you are asked to quote numbers that they already have and send pictures of the fault when the fault is not obvious enough to show up in a picture. In other words they make it as difficult as possible to get a refund or replacement. A word of warning, they don’t send orders in one package so some things arrive months before others in the same order, all items sent in separate packages. Annoying to say the least.
