I joined a cheap web hosting company $5/ month and i had 2 websites. During one month i reach the data limit and virmach set offline my websites and asking money to upgrade my web hosting plan when other web hosting sites just they don't allow you to upload more content but your site is live on the web. It happen to pay the next month before my first month expired and the conflict happened one day before to pay so i asked refund the big money of $5 from virmach and i open ticket to paypal. Paypal didn't give me back refund without to understand why. Paypal was for me one of the most trusted payment methods but the last times couldn't protect me even if i had serious clues, proofs against the seller.
I asked refund because obviously i will not use any more your service and also my first month was not finished yet so to can charge me for the second month. I was lucky i canceled by myself the re-bill from paypal because i have seen you tried to charge me again even if i paid you the second month ( and i didn't used the service)
