Honestly Morphe UK customer service is absolutely shameful. IVE BEEN WAITING 9 DAYS FOR THEM TO TELL ME WHERE MY PACKAGE IS!

The courier (Hermes) marked it as signed for by customer... who??! I wasnt home, noone was. WHO SIGNED FOR IT? WHERE IS IT? What is going on? Seriously, i feel robbed. You can tell how good a company is by their customer service. When the crap hits the fan and they cant even bother to reply to your emails, you know you dont want to spend your money on them. In the last 11 days i have emailed them 5 times and received 1 response after the 2nd email i sent.

Please please dont waste your money! Zoeva do amazing brushes. I fell into the trap of wanting to try these products due to youtubers recommending them and handing out discount codes. ABSOLUTE SHAM!
