Interrent car hire charged us € 384 for a dent in the bonnet that we did not make. We received our car at 10 pm in Alicante airport. The interrent man refused to look at the car while we told him there was a bent in the bonnet. He said it didn’t count as it was under 55mm. We took a picture of it and left . Now we have been charged €384. This company is a rip off!.
