Switch was simple and I was kept up to date at each stage. Haven’t had much opportunity to use the app yet but it seems to do all of what I would expect. Like the fact that my direct debit amounts change midway through year to account for increased use over winter meaning that I should hopefully not build up a large amount of credit in the account.
