Terrible booking Experience
Dear Wizz Air Team,
I am an aerospace engineer and I travel almost every month, So, this is not my first time that I book a ticket and I have never made a mistake and I pay attention in every details!
But, it was my first time that I use this company, this time I reserved the ticket for Orkhan Gurbanli in Washington DC where I live - Flight Number: W6 2499. Please ask your IT department to follow my track on your website. You will see I mentioned his name as a passenger detail and I used my credit card. When I got the confirmation, it shows my name not Orkhan Gurbanli and I tried to change it, it charged me $58. It is not fair at all!!! I checked the information two times with Orkhan to make sure everything is filled correctly. Please check with IT department and refund the $58!
I hope you will take my message into consideration and see that I filled his name not my name. Hopefully I will hear a positive solution from you! I want to change my absolutely terrible experience. This is not fair to pay, I am so disappointed that I chose this company and you gave me a headache. But, I hope that the customer service is your first priority!
