A year ago I bought a car in CarShop…

A year ago I bought a car in CarShop Doncster for which I paid over £11,000. When selling, of course, the service is very nice. After 3 weeks, the radio in the car broke down. I reported it to CarShop. Customer service has given me the date of repair. I delivered the car on that date. After three days I went to CarShop to check the progress in repairing my car. Unfortunately, it turned out that my car is in the same place where I parked it a three days ago. It turned out that someone forgot to bring my car to the workshop. Finally, the repair drags two weeks. After some time I saw that the paint from the front bumper goes down. Customer service has given me the date of repair. I asked for a replacement car and I was promised it. Today I provided the car for repair but there is no replacement car for me. I am very disappointed with the situation. Every time the customer service did not fulfill its obligations.

Update.
Unfortunately, until today 01/01/18 nobody contacted me. That's how customers are treated by CarShop. A good customer when buying a car.
