Unbelievably bad so far

Unbelievably bad so far. Viewing went OK a couple of weeks ago and I submitted questions by email that were never acknowledged. I submitted an offer to try and motivate action - still nothing. Tried to call on multiple occasions to speak to someone, anyone...and was told I would be called back. Still no call.

I see below that reviews such as mine prompt action from the Tepilo side. I hope the same happens here...
