The website was easy and quick. The man I dealt with (Simon) was excellent - honest, friendly, explained everything clearly, a real nice guy, couldn’t ask for better. The checking procedure was quick, yet thorough. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is down to the price offered, being over 40% less originally quoted. To charge £100 to repair each small scratch is excessive. But still, it was quick, easy and hassle free, and that counts for a lot.
