Don’t use. Flowers not fresh arrived in the evening. I made a complaint & email response was patronizing.

Thank you for your feedback on the product received. We are sorry to hear that you were not happy with the flowers.
We have no control on the delivery time, we have to allow the courier to manage their own workload, Generally deliveries are made between 8am and 6pm but can arrive up to 9pm.
Looking at the order history we can see that you have contacted Customer Services regarding this matter.
