Love your puzzles! I ordered two and when they arrived, there was an error. The wrong puzzle was sent to me. I called customer service and the matter was handled quickly. The correct puzzle is on it’s way and I was told I could keep the puzzle sent in error or donate it, if I wished.
I am very happy how costumer service handled this and will definitely purchase from White Mountain again.
