A much better experience than I was expecting! Scheduling my lab online, choosing a lab near my home and a time that fit my schedule was so easy! Initiating a chat and getting questions answered also very easy even though it was my first time. They even faxed my order to my chosen lab since my printer is broken. I was in and out within 10 minutes. The phlebotomist was friendly and skilled, attaining my lab sample on the first try even though I can be a difficult draw. I will definitely use them again if I need lab drawn.
