I received a very alarming email from Budget informing that i had damaged a vehicle whilst in my hire, with £1200.00 worth of damage.
This was very concerning.
Chloe-Amelia Lapper was exceptional, she took my call and investigated the query, which was found not to be that whilst in my hire the vehicle had not been damaged.
I must say that Chloe-Amelia Lapper acted with the utmost customer care, taking time to understand sympathise and investigate what had happened.
If you have an Employee Rewards Scheme i could not hesitate but to put her forward for a recommendation.
