Just rang customer services and a problem I had a replacement foot plate for my manual wheelchair is being sorted out. The lady said the technical team will give me a ring. So far so good! The release button fell off won't screw back in because the spring is bent! It's a brand new X S self propelled blue wheelchair ♿ £188 was £425. No wonder they sold it so cheap! ADDED: Oh my days they sent a left foot plate instead of a right. But they did send it out after 2 days so I'm now waiting for a right foot plate now to be delivered! It's been 5 working days now since I asked for a right foot plate so rang again she said quote" Don't have your details". What after delivering 2 days ago!! Sort it out better life or you will end up going like better ware into administration.
