Our account with Solarplicity is in total chaos, they are incapable of adding readings submitted but seem extremely capable of generating considerable over estimates presumably to avail themselves of free loans from us.

Calling by telephone is a joke, just awful muzak and exhortations to stay on line and waste even more money.

Emails seem to pose them difficulties too, apart from the inevitable auto reply a real reply seems far too much to hope for.
