The products that can be selected before payment are meant to help customers and those may need a little attention. There are a few choices but they are also important choices for many. These services give everyone the opportunity to customize their trip according to their needs. Many tickets are for example not possible to cancel or rebook and in these cases it may be good to have, for example, cancellation insurance, which is appreciated by many customers.We are trying to investigate every case to identify possible issues and take steps to improve our website issues so it would not happen again in the future.
