This is the company which eBay use for their 'Global Shipping Program' it is expensive, slow and inefficient, I live in Spain and often buy items from the UK from eBay. Items often arrive late with the packaging and contents damaged.
They seem to use the cheapest courier companies they can find in Spain, the tracking info is often erroneous and misleading and sometimes items never arrive at all.
The Royal Mail International postal service is cheaper and much much better
