Viagogo offered excellent priced tickets for a concert I was keen to attend. I had reservations at first as I hadn't used this site before. The whole process was easy and receipt of downloadable tickets timely. Unfortunately my husband had a health issue the day before the concert and I realized we wouldn't be able to attend. I used the resale ticket option and was able to sell my tickets and recoup the money I had paid for them. What a great experience - the only problem was we didn't get to our concert!!! Highly recommended
