WHERE ARE MY TICKETS?
I bought tickets to see Saxon in Portsmouth in October. I waited on the phone to make sure I got the tickets and paid for them to be sent by email. The salesperson said it would be a day or two before i get them. I received an email from Ticketmaster with a suggestion to sign up to an account and print my tickets. The details were not on their list of gigs so I could not print them. I emailed Ticketmaster to ask when I could expect them. Not heard a word except asking for reviews. Not a good idea in my opinion and that of many others I guess. If I pay for something I want it in my timescale. I have other arrangements to make but I need the tickets first. Update 12 March: I have checked my account and there are no ticket details there at all. I did receive the confirmatory email for ticketmaster as they mentioned but that did say to check the method of delivery and status. My ticket details were not there. My reply to them was in response to their email which I have since noted they do not answer. Still think the experience was unnecessary. I only wanted my tickets without having any more contact. I do not give reviews nor likes or any of that rubbish. I just wanted to purchase something and receive it. End of. I have just completed the 'Help' to email them and the email would not send - 3 SEPARATE TIMES. Joke central this lot! Where are my tickets?!!! UPDATE: I got my tickets well before the gig thanks.
